A brand new house, set just back from
Milford's sea front, equipped to 5* standard Bedrooms: Master suite with a view of the garden, has a king-size bed, ensuite toilet facilities which include a power shower Bedroom 2 is another garden-view room with a double bed. Bedroom 3 is at the front of the bungalow and has twin beds. On arrival you will be greeted by us with a welcome pack and the beds will be made-up to suit your requirements. All linen and towels are provided and additional televisions can be made available for us in bedroom should you wish. Lounge: This large airy room as plenty of comfortable seating with the TV, Freeview, VCR and DVD. A selection of books and board games are also at your disposal. For a cosy feel in the winter there is a warming coal-effect electric fire. Conservatory: The spacious conservatory which leads in the to garden, as a dining table and chairs for six peop-le. There is also a TV and comfortable furnishings - the perfect room for relaxing on a summer evening. Cloakroom: In the hall there is a storage cupboard with room for coats. An iron and iron board are also provided. Hall: A computer, with broadband connection, is provided for your complimentary use. Parking: There is parking for two cars at the front of the property. Garden: The secluded garden is well equipped with table, chairs, parasol, BBQ and washing line. There is also a shed for storing a bike or two should you wish. As we live next dor to Milford Court we are available should you need any assistance. Milford Croft is now taking bookings and is available at a special rate for its inaugural season of £650 per week in high season from Saturday afternoon through to the following Saturday morning. Low season is from £350 per week. The property is available all year for short breaks in low season.
