WELCOME TO 'LITTLE GEM'

Hidden away off the main road to Lymington from Milford-on-Sea, 'Little Gem' is in Pennington Close. ( Click here for map )  A modern and comfortable town house,  'Little Gem' is comfortably furnished to the highest standard and offers accommodation in two bedrooms: one double (ensuite) with power shower facilities, the other with twin beds and exclusive use of its own bathroom.  The house has been completely refurbished in the last year with the intention of offering the high standard of accommodation which  visitors expect today.  Letters of thanks from earlier guests are proof of the wonderful welcome, comfort and food that Elaine offers her guests.

'Little Gem' opened this year and Elaine has discovered a new career with which she has fallen in love. 

The double-bedded room boasts one of those lovely big brass beds so loved by our grandmothers.*  Both bedrooms have LCD televisions and the walls are hung with interesting paintings, many of which have stories attached to them.

Delicious full English breakfasts are served, special diets are catered for and organic produce on request. 

For those arriving by train there is a pick-up service

'Little Gem' is on the edge of England's latest National Park, the New Forest.  It is close to the charming village of Milford, to Lymington, sailing capital of the mainland side of the Solent; short drives will take you to the RSPB Bird Reserve of Keyhaven, to Hurst Castle, to beaches,  not to mention a wealth of excellent pubs and restaurants.  It is also possible for keen walkers to get to all these places along the Solent Way.  In all, a stay at 'Little Gem' offers an ideal base to enjoy all that the area offers to its visitors.
